Beer Suggestion of the "Insert Periodic Timeframe Here"

Dogfish Head Brewery, based out of Delaware, brews an "off-center" suite of beers. The word "craft" comes to mind given the level of effort that goes into creating new brews with unique complexities.

Bar none one of my favorite beers is their 60 Minute IPA. Very hoppy and a hint of citrus.
